DAY 3: MEKONG DELTA EXCURSION TO CAI BE & AN BINH ISLAND (B, L)
Journey to Cai Thia Village and cycle through serene countryside paths to Hoa Loc. Cruise along the Mekong River to An Binh Island, where you'll enjoy a fresh, local lunch onboard.
Visit traditional homes, orchards, and a pottery village. Sip herbal tea and enjoy a folk music performance before returning to the city.

DAY 4: FLIGHT TO DANANG – HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN & MEMORIES SHOW (B)
Fly to Danang and transfer to Hoi An. Enjoy a guided walking tour of this UNESCO-listed gem, exploring Japanese Covered Bridge, ancient houses, and Phuc Kien Temple.
In the evening, be mesmerized by the spectacular Hoi An Memories Show, a grand outdoor performance featuring 500 actors and stunning stage effects.

DAY 5: COOKING CLASS & FARMING EXPERIENCE IN HOI AN (B, L)
Start with a boat trip to the bustling local market. Join a live cooking demo and hands-on class at Vy’s Market Restaurant, followed by lunch.
In the afternoon, bike to Tra Que Village, don traditional attire, and experience real farm life. Learn to make rice paper and enjoy tea with a local host.

DAY 6: SCENIC DRIVE TO HUE – IMPERIAL CITADEL & ROYAL DINNER (B, L, D)
Travel through the scenic Hai Van Pass to Hue, once the imperial capital. Explore the Imperial Citadel and the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda.
In the evening, dine like royalty with a traditional royal banquet and cultural performance at Ancient Hue Restaurant.

DAY 7: RICE CULTURE & VILLAGE LIFE IN THANH TOAN (B)
Cycle to Thanh Toan Village to experience rural Vietnamese life. Discover centuries-old rice farming traditions, local governance, and architecture. Rest at a rare tiled bridge and enjoy a local-style farm day.

DAY 8: FLIGHT TO HANOI – EVENING STREET FOOD TOUR (B, D)
Fly to Hanoi and start your city discovery with a buggy ride around Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and the bustling Old Quarter.
In the evening, sample Hanoi’s finest street eats on a guided food walk — sip a chilled Hanoi beer, and try iconic dishes like bun cha and egg coffee.

DAY 9: TRANSFER TO HALONG BAY – CRUISE EMBARKATION (B, L, D)
Drive to Halong Bay via the Red River Delta. Board a luxury cruise, enjoy a welcome drink, and savor a seafood lunch as you glide past the limestone islets of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Activities vary by cruise: kayaking, cave visits, cooking classes, or simply relaxing on deck. Dinner is served as you anchor for the night.

DAY 10: HALONG BAY SUNRISE & RETURN TO HANOI (LIGHT BREAKFAST, BRUNCH)
Greet the day with Tai Chi on deck and light breakfast. Cruise through the majestic bay, enjoy brunch, and disembark.
On your way back to Hanoi, stop by Dong Trieu Pottery Village to try your hand at the potter’s wheel. Free evening at leisure.
